IM2 offers various options for roof rentals to have a photovoltaic solar energy facility installed:
Rentasol Standard – agreement model in which payment is negotiated for monthly or quarterly rentals for a period of no less than 25 years.
Rentasol Exchange – agreement model in which the lessor of the roof receives as payment the installation and start up of a solar facility.
Rentasol Renove – model for clients with sealing and/or insulation problems with their roofs.

02 Requirements for roof rentals
1. Minimum surface areas must be greater than 5.000 m2
2. Building must be owned.
3. Minimum height of 12 meters.
4. 24/7 security surveillance.
5. Structural construction that allows photovoltaic solar panels to be attached (each case will be assessed by IM2 technicians).
