01 Production guarantee
This means that effective production of the system is guaranteed and awarded for its efficiency, which ensures that it generates energy (which clearly translates into economic income).
This production guarantee contract involves exhaustively monitoring the activity of the photovoltaic solar facility via telematically by our technical team and is always subject to system maintenance performed by our personnel. This is logical given that appropriate maintenance work is an ideal complement to engineering and face design work that maximizes the production of the facility.
IM2 offers 3 levels of guarantee: standard, quality and premium, which can be suited to meet the needs of the client and, should the established contractual obligations not be fulfilled, IM2 may consider economic compensation for the client.
02 Technical warranty

03 Operational warranty
You can take out an insurance policy on your investment with IM2 that would cover possible weather related incidents, accidents or theft. Coverage ranges from replacing material that may have been damaged to business interruption of the solar facility itself.
